SUMMIT ACCESS

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the Summit without liability if we determine that a participant's behavior is disruptive, poses a safety risk, or violates these terms and conditions. You must comply with all relevant laws and event policies when attending the Summit.

EVENT MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

The Reinvention Summit reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies. While we strive to deliver the advertised content, substitutions or modifications may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for any losses arising from such changes.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Please inform us of any special access requirements at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights related to the Summit, including but not limited to presentations, materials, recordings, and branding, remain with us or our licensors. You are prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, or using any Summit content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from The Reinvention Summit.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You agree not to use the Summit for illegal purposes or to engage in activities that could disrupt the event, harm other participants, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in restricted access and potential legal action.

ADVERTISING USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. By attending the Summit, you consent to our use of your data for targeted advertising, internal purposes, and the development of future events. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Refunds: Full refunds are available for ticket purchased to the Reinvention Summit only if the request is made no later than 45 days before the event date. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored. 

NAME CHANGES AND REGISTRATION ISSUES

For assistance with registration or ticket issues, including name changes, please contact us at [email protected]. All requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event and will be subject to availability.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints can be directed to [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve them reasonably and in a timely manner. Complaints submitted after the event may not be addressed.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other emergencies. In such cases, The Reinvention Summit may modify, postpone, or cancel the event without liability.

TICKET DELIVERY

Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase. These tickets serve as your access to the event and should be presented at the entrance. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and that you can access your ticket.

GENERAL TERMS

These terms constitute the entire agreement between The Reinvention Summit and you, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw our website at any time and to monitor activity to ensure compliance with these terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
